A Carnegie Mellon alumni with an extensive business portfolio, Joe has a proven track record when it comes to business development. After combining his experience as a consultant with Argo Tech Corp with his experience as President and CEO of Genvac Aerospace, Joe now brings his unique strategic approach to the world of PMA Replacement Parts. With an established international reputation of creative problem solving and steadfast integrity, Joe is always looking for the next opportunity to expand and develop our business at ACS.
Greg Kucera

As a licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, Greg is a diversified leader with many years of management experience. From large corporations to small entrepreneurial ventures, Greg has a proven ability to convert his vast experience into company value. With many successful product launches under his belt, Greg continues to offer the lowest Cost of Ownership in the aviation industry to MRO’s and Airlines alike.
Mike Carabotta
Mike CarabottaEngineering Manager
After many years of aerospace experience, Mike has established himself as an industry expert. In addition to having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cleveland State University, he has served as a machinist, a QA inspector, and a design engineer before taking on his current role as our Engineering Manager. A specialist in the reverse engineering process, Mike is directly responsible for the continued expansion of our already-vast catalog.
Praveen Vejella
Praveen VejellaSr. Supplier Development Engineer
Praveen followed up his Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 8 years of industry experience as a Process Engineer, managing a $300 million capital expansion project before moving on to complete his Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. With an educational emphasis on Supply Chain Modeling and Data Analysis, he brings a highly analytical but also flexible and transparent approach to our company’s Supply Chain model.
Mitch Kokish
Mitch KokishQuality Assurance Manager
With an extensive background of many years in aerospace quality assurance, Mitch has operated in many roles including service as an inspector, radiographer, laboratory technician, and quality manager. He has implemented and maintained several different quality management systems (FAA Part 21, AS9100, and ISO 9001), and he is a certified FAA Manufacturing DAR with involvement in over 500 certification projects.
