After many years of aerospace experience, Mike has established himself as an industry expert. In addition to having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cleveland State University, he has served as a machinist, a QA inspector, and a design engineer before taking on his current role as our Engineering Manager. A specialist in the reverse engineering process, Mike is directly responsible for the continued expansion of our already-vast catalog.

With an extensive background of many years in aerospace quality assurance, Mitch has operated in many roles including service as an inspector, radiographer, laboratory technician, and quality manager. He has implemented and maintained several different quality management systems (FAA Part 21, AS9100, and ISO 9001), and he is a certified FAA Manufacturing DAR with involvement in over 500 certification projects.
